AGAVE QUILT SHOW GUIDELINES
March 27, 2010 10:00AM – 4:00PM
REGISTRATION DEADLINE is December 20, 2009. Forms will be in newsletter, online and at meetings. Check Off:
Turn in forms at
guild meeting or mail to: Your quilt top does not need to be completed at time of registration, but must be finished by the time of the show. Photo of top must be presented with registration. You may enter up to 2 quilts total. If one is queen or king size, then the other should be no larger than 240 inches in perimeter, i.e. Typical crib size. Quilt Show entrants must have dues paid for 2009 and 2010. Deadline is in 2009, Show in 2010. Please have label sewn to the back of your quilt including your name, name of quilt, date completed and other information you want included. Quilts need to be in show condition: clean, no pet hair, etc. Quilt drop off day is March 20, 2010, between 10:00AM and 2:00PM. Please deliver your quilt to designated drop off person/location in a pillow case with your name and name of quilt SEWN on it. A label will be provided if needed. You will receive a receipt for your quilt which must be presented to reclaim your quilt at the end of the show. You will need to provide a phone number for yourself or designated pick-up person. Your husband may be the designated person but still needs to be listed as designee. Pick up will be March 27 at approximately 4:30PM – 5:30PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drop Off Points:
